Services
Finsol Advisors provides virtual bookkeeping, catch up bookkeeping, business tax filing for business entities, and financial analysis services under flat monthly plans. Plan tier is determined by your annual revenue. Catch up bookkeeping is quoted separately as a one-time project.
Billing and cancellation
After the onboarding exception described on the pricing page, plans are billed monthly in advance. No credit card or payment is collected upfront; Finsol first completes setup and the initial month, then requests payment details and bills that completed month normally. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Fees for the notice period remain due. Plan changes take effect as described on our pricing page: upgrades prorate immediately, downgrades apply the following month.
Included tax return
After 12 consecutive months of ongoing bookkeeping, an eligible partnership or multi-member LLC federal return is included. Catch up work alone does not qualify. S-Corp federal filing is a $400 bookkeeping client add-on, C-Corp federal filing is $600, and a state return is $300. Personal returns, Schedule C, sales tax, and franchise tax filings are not included. The included-return offer may change; the terms in effect when you subscribe apply to your first eligible return.
Client responsibilities
Timely, accurate books depend on access: you agree to provide read access to your business bank and card accounts or statements, respond to categorization questions, and review the reports we deliver. We rely on the completeness of the records you provide.
Not legal or investment advice
Our services are bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial analysis. Nothing we provide is legal advice or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finsol’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute is Fort Bend County, Texas.
